CONTENT POLICY

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
This Content Policy governs the terms of use for content uploaded by users through the Digitable platform (images, logos, menu descriptions, etc.), prohibited content types, and sanctions to be applied in case of violations.
The Platform allows users to upload content for the purpose of providing digital menu services for restaurants. Uploaded content is displayed on publicly accessible menu pages.
2. ALLOWED CONTENT TYPES
Only the following types of content may be uploaded to the Platform:
- Food and beverage photographs
- Restaurant logos and branding materials
- Menu descriptions and product information
- Restaurant interior and exterior photographs
- AI-generated product images and promotional videos created through the Platform
- AI-generated menu translations and text content
All uploaded content must be directly related to restaurant operations, of good quality, and accurately representative.
3. PROHIBITED CONTENT
The following types of content are strictly prohibited from being uploaded to the Platform:
- Sexually explicit, obscene, or inappropriate materials
- Violence, graphic, or disturbing imagery
- Hate speech, discrimination, or defamatory content
- Materials that infringe copyright or intellectual property rights
- Misleading, deceptive, or inaccurate food imagery
- Content that violates applicable laws
- Spam, advertising, or content unrelated to restaurant operations
- Using AI-generated content in a misleading manner or claiming it as original photography/videography
The Platform has sole discretion in determining whether content is prohibited.
4. PERSONAL PHOTOS POLICY
Uploading images containing identifiable individuals requires the explicit consent of those individuals.
The User represents and warrants that they have obtained the necessary permissions from individuals appearing in uploaded images. In case of uploading personal photos without consent, the User assumes all legal liability under KVKK and GDPR.
The Platform reserves the right to remove images found to contain personal data without prior notice.
5. IMAGE RIGHTS AND LICENSING
The User represents and warrants that all images uploaded to the Platform are owned by them or that they have the right to use, share, and publicly display such images.
By uploading content, the User grants the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, store, and process said content within the scope of digital menu services.
The User retains ownership rights over their uploaded content and has the right to delete their content at any time.
5. AI-GENERATED CONTENT
Product images, videos, translations, and text content generated through AI technologies on the Platform are subject to the following conditions:
The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content. The user is responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing.
AI-generated content is consumed on a unit basis. Unit usage and remaining units can be tracked through the Platform.
6. CONTENT MODERATION
The Platform has the right to review, monitor, and remove content that violates the Content Policy.
Content review is carried out through the following methods:
- Automatic Filtering: Technically inappropriate content (file format, size, resolution) is automatically detected.
- Manual Review: Content reported by users or flagged by the system is reviewed by the moderation team.
The Platform is not under an obligation to pre-screen all uploaded content. However, it reserves the right to take necessary measures against reported or detected violations.
AI-Assisted Moderation:
AI technologies are used to detect content that violates our policies (inappropriate images, harmful text content, etc.). AI-flagged content is subject to final decision by the moderation team.
7. VIOLATIONS AND ENFORCEMENT
In case of violation of the Content Policy, the Platform may apply one or more of the following sanctions:
- Removal of the violating content
- Sending a warning notification to the user
- Temporary suspension of content upload privileges
- Permanent termination of the user account
- Initiation of legal proceedings where necessary
The sanction to be applied is determined based on the nature, recurrence, and severity of the violation.
8. CONTENT TAKEDOWN PROCEDURE
Third parties may request the removal of content on the Platform that infringes their rights.
8.1. Copyright Infringement Notice
The copyright owner or their authorized representative must provide the following information in an infringement notice:
- Description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Location of the infringing content on the Platform (URL)
- Contact information of the applicant (name, address, email, phone)
- A statement of good faith and signature
8.2. Personal Data Removal Request
Individuals who request the removal of their personal data (including photographs) from the Platform under KVKK and GDPR may submit a request along with documents verifying their identity.
Personal data removal requests are evaluated and concluded within 30 days at the latest.

9. CHANGES
This Content Policy may be updated in line with legal regulations and/or Platform requirements. Updates become effective from the date they are published on the Platform.
